BBQ Lobster

How you can grill lobsters to make an ordinary backyard cookout a special event

Ingredients:

  • Garlic 10 cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 Red onion, chopped
  • 10 red chili pepper, sliced
  • 3 scallops, diced
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 2 tbsp vodka
  • 1 can of crab meat
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 cookie crackers
  • 1/2 lemon

 

 

Directions:

  1. Prepare a medium-high gas or charcoal grill fire. Place a large skillet over the grill, and add butter, chopped garlic, red onion, red chili pepper, and mix well.
  2. Add parsley and scallops into the pan. Then, add apple vinegar and vodka to taste. Mix in the crab meat and add salt, pepper to taste.
  3. Add cookie crackers to the seafood topping mixture and mix well. Set aside to cool.
  4. Split the lobster in half and crack claws, remove intestines and liver.
  5. Put the seafood topping mixture onto the lobster.
  6. Put lobster onto the grill with shell side down. Add salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze the lemon juice on top of the lobster.
  7. Close the lid and grill for 15-20 minutes. Grill until the shells are bright red and the protein in the juices that seep from the shells turns white and coagulates
