  • 1 lb Pork Belly, Thin Sliced
  • 1 count Hoagie Roll
  • 2 oz Green And Red Bell Pepper, Sliced Lengthwise
  • 2 oz Onion, Sliced
  • 0.7 oz Green Onion, Sliced
  • 0.7 oz Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine
  • 1 tsp Sugar

In a large skillet over high heat, sautéed pork slices until it no longer shows any pink coloring.

Add bell pepper, onion and the rest of ingredients. Stir fry until the onion is translucent.

Split a hoagie roll, place 2 slices cheese on each side, toast in 350°F/180°C oven for 3 minute.
