Bread 2 Ways

— WAY 1 —

 

Ingredients:

  • Bread
  • Chicken legs
  • Mushroom 30 g
  • Olive oil 2 tbs
  • Shallot 40g
  • Garlic 20g
  • Heavy cream 1.5 cup
  • Butter
  • prosciutto
  • Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Chop the chicken breasts into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl. Seasoning with
    salt and pepper.
  2. Slice the mushroom. Mince the garlic and onion. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Warm the skillet to mid-high heat and pour 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add chicken
    in. Flip and cook until chicken breasts turn to golden brown on both sides. Remove the chicken.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and onion. Add sliced mushroom. Pour in 1.5 cups of heavy cream. Cook it well.
  5. Cut the bread into 2 pieces. Bake at 400 O F for 5 minutes. Spread butter across
    both sides. Add bacon on both sides.
  6. Put the cooked mushroom and cream on the top. Add cheese. Bake at 400 O F
    for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Bread
  • Olive oil 1/3 cup
  • Onion 30 g
  • Garlic 30 g
  • Prosciutto
  • Cheese 2 cups
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Dice the bread on the surface.
  2. Whisk 3 tablespoons of olive oil, minced the garlic and onion in a small bowl.
    Seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice the bacon. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. Apply the paste on the top of bread. Stuffed in bacon and cheese.
  5. Bake at 370°F for 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
