  • 4.5 oz Whipping Cream
  • 1.5 oz Sugar
  • 3 count Egg
  • 3 cup Bread, Cubbed
  • 1 tbsp Walnut, Chopped

Preheat Oven To 250°c / 480°f.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine milk, whipping cream, sugar, and eggs. Beat until well mixed.

Pour over bread, add chopped walnut, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the egg mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped.
