Directions:

 

1.Preheat the oven to 400 OF.

2.Scoop out the cabbage.

3.In a large bowl with ground meat, minced toast, minced onion and an egg. Seasoning with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix it well.

4.Filling the meat in the empty cabbage.

5.Bake at 400 OF for 15 minutes.

6.Warm a skillet with mid-high heat, adding olive oil, chopped carrots, chopped onion, chopped parsnips, garlic and leeks. Fry with tomato paste, pouring some chicken broth. Add some red wine. Seasoning with salt and pepper.

7.Meanwhile, put the cabbage and pour the sauce into a pot. Transfer to oven baking at 365 OF for 45 minutes.

8.Cook the sauce with cornstarch. Baste the cooked sauce on the cabbage.
