1. Cut lobster into two pieces lengthwise. Clean away the waste.
  2. Heat up Teppanyak plate, at one end, melt about 10g butter,  place lobster halves meat side down on the buttered plate. Pour xxx, cover with a lid.
  3. At the other end, spread cooking oil, scramble eggs until done, then add onion, cabbage, carrot, corn kernels, shrimp and squid, toss and mix well, then add brown rice, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, toss and mix well again.  
  4. Uncover the lobster, take out the meat, and add them to fried rice, toss and mix, finally add green pea and green onion mix well.
  5. Scoop rice mixture into the lobster shells.
  6. Serve
