Orange Mille Crepe Cake

Layers and layers of crepe, with orange flavoured cream in between

— CREPE DOUGH —

 

Ingredients:

  • Flour 200g
  • Baking powder a pinch
  • Egg 4
  • Sugar 2.5tbsp
  • Milk 500ml
  • Butter 40g
  • Salt a pinch
  • Vanilla extract ½ tsp
  • Coconut oil

 

Directions:

  1. Mix flour and egg , sugar and salt
  2. Mix milk little by little then add vailla extract
  3. Add melted butter
  4. Rest in fridge for more than 2h
  5. Make thin layer in fry-pan with coconut oil

 

 

 

— CREAM FILLING —

 

Ingredients:

  • Cream Cheese 400g
  • Orange juice 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract ½ tsp
  • Heave cream 500ml
  • Powdered sugar 140g
  • 1 orange
  • Marmalade

 

Directions:

  1. Make cream cheese with 70g of sugar and orange juice and vanilla extract
  2. In another bowl, mix heavy cream with 70g of sugar
  3. Mix these two bowls together
  4. Mix orange zest inside

 

 

 

— MARMELADE JAM —

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange
  • Marmalade

 

Directions:

  1. Boil orange peel in pot once for 10min, throw away the water
  2. Cut the fruit into tiny pieces, save extra juices too
  3. Put them all into a pot with sugar, simmer for 6-7min with low heat
  4. Cool down

 

 

 

— BUILD ON —

 

  1. Layer up crepe and cream alternately
  2. Put cream on top
  3. Rest in fridge for over 7h
  4. Serve with marmalade jam
