It's time for PASTA night! 🍝

Way 1: Spaghetti with rich tomato saffron sauce and seafood

 

 Ingredients

 

Pinch of Saffron

1/2 onion, finely chopped

4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

1/2 grape Tomatoes

1 tbsp Tomato paste

60ml White wine

Clam*

3 Argentine Red shrimps

1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning

150ml Chicken broth

Finely grated Zest

Flat-leaf parsley, leaves finely chopped

180g Spaghetti

Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

 

 Directions

 

  1. In a small bowl with warm water, soak the saffron for 20 minutes. Set aside.

 

  1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 7 minutes.

 

  1. In a large skillet, heat up with medium-high heat, sauté the Argentine Red shrimp. Transfer to a plate. In the same skillet, stir-fry chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped grape tomatoes. Whisk in white wine, saffron mixture, chicken broth and water. Add tomato paste, cook for a while. Add calms, cooked shrimps and cooked noodles. Stir-fry well.

 

  1. Garnish with parsley, lemon zest and serve.

Way 2: Quick Rigatoni bake with spinach and Bacon

 

 Ingredients

 

200g Rigatoni

3 Sliced Thick Bacon

Olive oil

100g Baby Spinach

3 Garlic cloves

Nutmeg

Lemon zest

250ml Chicken broth

30ml White wine

Mozzarella

Cream

Salt and pepper to taste

 

*Cream Sauce:

45g All purpose Flour

45g melted Butter

400ml Milk

30ml Cream

 

 Directions

 

  1. In a skillet, warm up to medium-high heat, sauté chopped bacon, stir-fry until turns brown. Add minced garlic and baby spinach, cook for a while. Whisk in white wine, chicken broth. Seasoning with nutmeg, lemon zest, salt and pepper.

 

  1. Meanwhile, cook rigatoni in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain the rigatoni. Transfer to the same skillet, adding cream sauce and cream. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, transfer to the oven, bake at 410oF for 8 minutes.

 

  1. Garnish with parsley and serve.
