— WAY 1 —

 

Ingredients:

  • Sourdough bread
  • Salami
  • Onion
  • Basil
  • Bell pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella slices
  • Grated mozzarella

 

Directions:

  1. Cut the top of sourdough bread, hollowing out the bread.
  2. Spread the tomato paste in the hole. Add mozzarella slices, salami,
    chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, basil and grated mozzarella.
    Pour some tomato sauce in.
  3. Wrap the bread by foil paper and cover for 15 minutes. Then open
    the foil paper. Add some mozzarella and salami on the top, baking at
    347°F for 30 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • Baguette
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Oregano
  • Salami
  • Parsley
  • Paprika powder
  • Peperoncino
  • Olive
  • Basil
  • Sugar
  • Olive oil
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Cut the baguette into 3 rolls, halved.
  2. Warm a large skillet, put butter in, adding minced garlic, oregano
    and parsley. Cook for a while.
  3. Spread the paste on the rolls, transfer to the oven baking at 355 o F
    for 7 minutes.
  4. Whisk tomato sauce, oregano, sugar, olive oil, paprika powder, salt
    and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  5. Spread the sauce on the rolls, adding mozzarella cheese. Put olive,
    salami, jalapeno pepper separated on each roll. Garnish with basil.
    Baking at 355°F for 15 minutes.
