Stir Fried Lobster & Ribs

The essence of this food item is the unique flavor of fried garlic, also called Golden garlic

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams Lobsters (Shell on – Head on)
  • Pork ribs
  • Garlic
  • Paprika
  • Wholemeal Flour
  • Brown sugar
  • Special Soy Sauce
  • Red and Green Chili
  • Hoisin Sauce
  • Allspice
  • Garlic powder
  • Vegetable oil
  • BreadCrumbs
  • Salt
  • White Sesame

 

Directions:

  1. Cut the lobster into two equal pieces, clean it up and strew with two tablespoons of all-purpose flour. Flour is important as it prevents oil splashes and locks the water in which keeps the meat fresh.
  2. Prepare minced garlic and breadcrumbs by frying them in a heated oil pan. Use a cooking paper to drain the grease for five minutes.
  3. Chop a pork rib into medium sized pieces and add garlic powder, allspice, paprika, brown sugar, salt, special soy sauces and hoisin sauce, mix them thoroughly. All these ingredients season the pork rib to give it a juicy texture and spicy savor.
  4. Put a hot wok with cold oil on the stove. Add the lobsters to the pan and stir-fry until it gets discolored. It just takes one to two minutes to stirfry the lobsters. Do not overfry the lobster because it causes breakage on the shell part.
  5. Put the seasoned pork ribs in to fry for 9 minutes where it turns into a golden brown color and drain the oil.
  6. Now, put a large pan, add green pepper, fermented soybeans, salt, chopped chills, fried garlic powder, bread crumbs and white sesame. stir-fry the ingredients and add fried pork ribs, lobster to the pan. Toss the whole mixture for one minute to mix up with lobster and pork ribs with spices.
  7. Serve the dish on a plate and garnish the delicious dish with red and green chili pieces. Add lemon or soy sauce for more taste. Serve immediately to enjoy the flavor of crispy legs, seasoned pork, and garlic crab.
